Analýza prostředí hokejového klubu HC Eaton Pardubice

Abstract

This bachelor thesis "The Background Analysis of the HC Eaton Pardubice Hockey Club" deals with study surrounding of the HC Eaton Pardubice through its SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part involves main and basic information about history of ice-hockey (czech and foreign) and describes all activities of main ice-hockey institutions in the Czech republic. Then it characterizes profit and loss, basic business analysis and the greatest attention is devoted to SWOT analysis and legal forms of sports clubs. The second part of the theoretical section is devoted to ice-hockey club in Pardubice. There are some historical moments showing economic and sport results, general information about the present and major organizational structure with all members and their activities. The SWOT analysis is included in the practical part of the thesis. It shows positive factors and describes how to eliminate all negative factors. The main target is to analyze current internal surrounding with all its opportunities and threats which are in external surrounding of HC Eaton Pardubice.
