Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with revenues associated with the performance of state administration. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the revenues associated with the performance of the state administration of the city of Zubří in the context of selected revenue and expenditure items of the territorial budget for the period 2008-2019. To achieve the goal, a horizontal and vertical financial analysis of the budget and subsequent identification of revenues associated with the performance of the state administration of the city of Zubří is used. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the delegated powers of municipalities in the context of public administration, its organizational structure, the basic division of municipalities according to their powers and the subsequent definition of the performance of state administration. The practical part is focused on the management of the city according to the analysis of individual items of revenue and expenditure of the budget. Part of this is the identification of revenues of individual state administration services. Subsequently, the situation of the city is evaluated and recommendations for possible improvement are proposed.
