Posouzení vlivů větrných elektráren různých výkonů na životní prostředí

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the current and developmental trends of the wind power engineering in the world and the Czech Republic, and also contains the statistics of the newly installed devices and the principles of their functioning, including the description of individual parts. In a well-arranged way, it describes the existing and currently developed wind generators and the existing regulation systems. The thesis also includes the main ranges of problems as for assessing the impacts of the wind power plants on the environment in the Czech Republic, which include the noise, the stroboscopic effect, the impact on the landscape character, impacts on the migratory bird routes, impacts on the soil, surface water and groundwater or other impacts. A whole chapter is dedicated to assessing the impacts of the wind generators of various outputs on the environment, and the concluding part contains a draft of an announcement for the assessment of the impacts of a concrete intention of a wind park in Střížovice on the environment within the meaning of the annexe annex No. 3 to Act No. 100/2001 Coll, as amended by more recent regulations.
