Personalistika v systému ISO TS 16 949

Abstract

The main aim of this work is to carry out a detailed analysis of operations, activities and acts carried out in the area of human resources and subsequently to propose relevant optimizing measures so that the company Forteq Czech s.r.o. could pass an audit pursuant to the international standard ČSN ISO TS 16949 and no deviation or non-conformity from the desired state was recorded in the final report issued after every audit. Scope of my bachelor work is oriented to limited number of activities only, they need to take place regularly. My thesis describes processes and forms of concerned required documents as they are and as they will be after modifications, which will subsequently be used and submitted. I will apply myself to processes of implementation of new forms of documents and as well as problems which had to be solved during the implementation are described.
