Abstract

The presented thesis deals with the problem of the construction of energetically economical houses. The first part of the work pays attention to the history of human dwellings and the history of energetically economical houses. The economical houses are divided into lowenergetic, passive, zero and energetically independent. The next part outlines the legislative view of given problem together with basic parameters concerning the construction of energetically economical houses. The work is finished by economic comparison of classical and economical houses including the energy consumption.
