Návrh nového uspořádání skladu

Abstract

The theme of this work is proposal for a new layout of a warehouse in the company Josef Zich - MONTEL, in order to propose such a deployment of storage which will lead to time saving, handling distances, costs and thereby accelerate the storage process. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part of the, theoretical, is dedicated to the explanation of theoretical concepts in the field of logistics, stock holding, the method of data processing and other thematically related areas of warehouse management. The second part is devoted to the characteristics of enterprise with the aim of closer acquaintance with the company. The last and the third part, is practical. It analyzes the current state of storage and a new form of storage, which will reduce distances and time.
