Technické a technologické zajištění transportu kolesového rypadla

Abstract

The presented thesis deals with the technical and technological securing of a large-scale excavator transportation procedure. The beginning of the thesis includes a brief information on the development of large-scale rotary excavators. A brief description and division of its equipment into equipment complexes is added to the most frequently used models of rotary excavators. Next part of the thesis includes description of what is necessary, from technical and technological point of view, to transport a large-scale rotary excavator. A particular transport of rotary excavator KU 300 from the mine Libouš-západ (Libouš West) to the mine Libouš II-sever (Libouš II- North) carried out in the SD a.s. mining company is used as an example. A financial analysis of the transport is added to this example. The conclusion includes evaluation of the whole transport procedure and recommendation as far as electrical and mechanical modifications are concerned.
