Zhodnocení působení společnosti na zahraničním trhu v oblasti těžkého průmyslu

Abstract

The main topic of the diploma thesis is to find out how the company is doing on the foreign market in Uruguay, based on theoretical-methodical starting points and analysis of the business environment. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate whether it is more advantageous to implement projects in the country, abroad or in third countries. Data for the financial analysis will be drawn from the company's financial statements for the period 2019-2022. To achieve the goal of the work, the methods PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model will be used. Based on the analyzes and interpretation of the obtained data, it was found that the company has built a strong position in the field of heavy industry on the foreign market.
