Vyhodnocení stávající situace podniku metodou BSC

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was evaluate current situation in company SHM, s.r.o. by BSC method and than propose possible implementation of BSC method. In theoretical and methodological basis is the literature survey of current state of issue topic. In practical part is the researched company analyzed by four perspectives. The financial analysis by ratio indicators is in first perspective. In second perspective was the company explored from the customer´s perspective. In the third perspective was the internal process developed, which can be divided in to innovation part, operation part and sales part. In last, forth perspective is the company HR activities outlined. Thanks to these four perspectives the possible BSC implementation has been proposed where the strategic goals and their scales and it is also important to take into account the time and the cost scale of possible implementation has been determined.
