Abstract

The thesis proposes a solution to web support for the organizing of humanitarian aid in emergencies by creating of the web application, which will be placed on the website. This allows to inform the public, as well as crisis management bodies of the required types and quantities of humanitarian aid, simplifying the entry and registration requirements, and offers assistance and enables the efficient processing in the affected areas by the workers of crisis staff. This facilitates manual work with data and accelerates the use and distribution of humanitarian aid. The first part of the thesis includes theoretical information on the issue of humanitarian aid and explanations of basic concepts in the field of crisis management. The second part describes the creation of a web application, its structure, function and its control.
