Návrh a realizace pupilometru pro účely psychofyziologických měření

Abstract

This thesis deals with the development of a contactless pupilometer with an analog output for connection to the Biopac MP35 device. The device can be used in psycho-physiological measurements in combination with other physiological functions. In the theoretical part I focused on the anatomy of the eye and the causes of changes in pupil diameter. In the practical part was designed pupilometer on the Raspberry Pi platform using the Python programming language. The pupilometer includes an analog output for connection to the Biopac MP35 platform. The proposed solution was tested on a group of volunteers and compared with a commercial variant.
