Abstract

NESRSTOVÁ, L.: Various Solution for the Implementation of the Multifunctional Building Envelope Technology: Diploma thesis. VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Builging construction, 2020, Supervisor: Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The theme of the diploma thesis was a proposal of a variant solution for the implementation of the multifunctional building envelope technology. Part of the diploma thesis is the preparation of the project dokumentation. It also includes technological procedures, itemized budgets for the given stage and work schedule. The variant will be developer for Porotherm 50 EKO+ Profi Dryfix, Ytong Lambda YQ 50 and Heluz Family 50 2in1. The multifunctional house is designed as a three – storey, cellarless object of rectangular shape and will be roofed with a single – layer flat roof. The building is designed from a brick system Porotherm. On the 1st floor will be a commor areas and a cellar on the left. On the right side will be a travel agency, and entrance for residents of the house. The floors will be connected by a two – armed, keft – hand staircase. On the 2nd and 3rd floors there will always be two residential units of 4+kk.
