Abstract

Abstrakt The diploma thesis entitled “Employee Remuneration” deals with the issue of the remuneration system that should not only help companies get and keep quality employees, contribute to the growth of their productivity, ensure intercompany as well as external justice in remuneration, but also ensure the competitiveness of their wage costs. The objective of my thesis is to propose a new remuneration system for a group of employees who deal with unoccupied flats and whose task is to arrange that the repair process of these flats works as fast as possible and in an appropriate quality as well. The diploma thesis contains theoretic bases for the remuneration system in relation to human resources management. It also introduces the company RPG Real Estate s.r.o. in detail. I used an analysis of the current state and found deficiencies in the existing remuneration system. I used the questionnaire survey method to confirm or disprove the hypotheses. The final part describes a proposal for a remuneration system related to performance. In relation to that I proposed a new organizational structure of the unoccupied flats department and overall reorganization of the repair process concerning unoccupied flats.
