Funkční test bezpečnosti externího kardiostimulátoru

Abstract

Hlavním přínosem práce je návrh a realizace bezpečnostně technické kontroly externího kardiostimulátoru. K tomuto účelu byl navržen soubor sedmi úloh. Byly proměřovaný a následně porovnány s nastavenými parametry hodnoty amplitudy, šířky, frekvence stimulačního impulsu a citlivost snímání samotného přístroje. V práci je mezi jinými popsaná základní činnost srdce, rozdělení a funkčnost kardiostimulátorů a v neposlední řádě je zde uvedená základní legislativa pro provoz zdravotnických elektrických přístrojů.

The main contribution of this work is the design and implementation of technical safety controls an external pacemaker. For this purpose was designed set of seven tasks. There was measured and then compared with that of the amplitude, width, frequency of the stimulation pulse and test the sensitivity of the sensing device. Among other, the work describes basic activity of the heart, the distribution and function of pacemakers and last but not least, there is those basic legislation for the operation of medical electronic devices.
