Lenka Kissiková, Ph.D. This bachelor thesis is focused on topic dealing with health and safety and the introduction of its system in a selected company Úsporné Drevodomy s.r.o., which has a small number of employees. The final work deals with the design of a health and safety system in a small company, according to the facts found on the spot with a focus on analysis and evaluation of the current state of compliance with health and safety. Based on the evaluation, practical recommendations and effective proposals for a new approach to solving health and safety issues in the analyzed company were proposed.
