Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current system of employee training and development in a selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts – a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts connected with the education and development. In the second part the work deals with the characteristics of the organization, an analysis of the system of education and development and suggestions and recommendations for improvement the process. The conclusions allow to improve the system of employee training and development in selected organization.
