Ekotoxikologické testy a jejich aplikace při hodnocení toxicity vybraných vzorků škváry ze spaloven odpadů

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the investigation of the ecotoxicity of bottom ash samples from four hazardous waste incinerators. Ecotoxicity, as one of the hazardous properties of the waste, is determined using the green algae Desmosedmus subspicatus and Sinapis alba seeds. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of hazardous waste, describes the processes in the incinerator and the pathway of bottom ash generation. It also deals with the composition of incinerated waste and the definition of ecotoxicity. The practical part deals with leachate formation procedures, test conditions and experimental results.
