Analýza postupu implementace Regionálního operačního programu regionu soudržnosti Severozápad

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku implementace Regionálního operačního programu Severozápad. Jejím cílem je popsat implementaci programu v návaznosti na principy regionální a strukturální politiky EU, charakterizovat region Severozápad a jeho operační program a analyzovat první část období implementace ROP Severozápad. Z výsledků této analýzy pak vycházejí doporučení pro úpravu a zefektivnění implementace ROP Severozápad s cílem maximalizovat efekt finanční pomoci ze strukturálních fondů čerpané v regionu Severozápad.

The paper aims for the problems of implementation of Regional Operational Programme Northwest. Its goal is to describe the implementation of the programme in relation to the principles of regional and structural policy of the EU, to characterize the Northwest region and its operational programme and to analyze the first part of the ROP Northwest implementation stage. Resulting from this analysis are recommendations for adjustment and making the ROP Northwest implementation more effective, with the aim of maximalizing the effect of the financial support from the structural funds drawn in the Northwest region.
