Abstract

The theme of Bachelor thesis is Cash Flow Analysis of a company in the building industry. The main objective of the Bachelor thesis is the Cash Flow Analysis in the company Trakce a.s., analyzing the financial situation of conventional and synthetic indicators. Financial Analysis is performed on the basis of financial statements of Trakce company for the period 2006-2010. In the theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis is the description and methods of financial analysis. These methods are then used for calculations. In the practical part is performed the financial analysis using conventional and synthetic indicators. For Cash profitability indicator is made pyramidal decomposition. There is used the method of method of successive changes. In the conclusion, the practical part of the overall situation is evaluated using the Cash Flows for the perior 2006-2010.
