Průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců s vybranými nástroji interní komunikace

Abstract

The point of this work was to scan employee satisfaction with chosen tools of internal communication in selected organisation, which was carried out a sociological research. The necessary data were acquired from the respondents by questionnaire. Issues, which included, have been prepared on the basis of my theoretical knowledge and was directed to reveal the shortcomings selected forms of communication. This research involved 23 respondents working in the organization. Analysis of the results that I obtained of the questionnaire research showed that the meetings in the organization are useful form of communication, although was identified minor deficiencies and problems. Based on theoretical knowledge gained in the professional literature and knowledge gained by the questionnaire research was proposed measures should help address these shortcomings. I understand that the objective pursued of my bachelor thesis was achieved.
