The aim of this thesis is to design Urban study of area, which is named Z10 in local Development Plan. This area is located in village called Pržno. It was made two variants on the basis of current aspect this area. One of those variants was more efficient and this variant is processed more detailed in consideration of local Development Plan. The study contains concept of traffic and technical infrastructure, defining areas of public and private use including layout of public space and adjustment of green vegetation . There is own project of exemplary house as well. A part of this thesis is also made summary of economic assessment of costs for chosen variant.
