Komparace zemědělských a stavebních pozemků z hlediska cen

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of agricultural and building plots in terms of its offer prices. The analysis is performed on the basis of a comparison of individual districts of the Moravian-Silesian Region and also the MSK as a whole. The period was originally planned for five years, however, due to the state of emergency in which the Czech Republic and other countries are currently located, the collection of necessary data on offer prices of building and agricultural land is narrowed to eight consecutive quarters starting in the second quarter of 2018. thesis is to examine the price comparison of agricultural and building land in selected areas and to point out the diversity of these types of land, both in terms of price development and land efficiency. Among other things, the survey can be used by potential applicants for the construction of a family or other house in deciding whether it is financially more advantageous for them to purchase a building plot or an agricultural one with a subsequent transfer to a building plot.
