Přestavba pohonné jednotky prototypu E-Buggy

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the conversion of the powertrain of the E-Buggy prototype electric vehicle. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to replace the existing LEM200-D135 electric motors and their controllers with new Motoenergy ME1304 electric motors and Sevcon controllers, which allow for regeneration and the possibility of electronic control via CAN bus. The thesis also includes the design of the cooling system for the new type of motors, including the design of brackets and mounts. This work is carried out on an already working E-Buggy prototype built at the Department of Automotive Materials and Technology.
