Abstract
The aim of this dimploma thesis is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise and its competitiveness. In thesis is used analysis as SWOT and PEST analysis, situation analysis 5C and SERVQUAL method together with questionnaire survey. Based on selected analysis there have been identified some shortcomings and proposed improvements. The main shortcomings of the enterprise are particular factors of weaknesses from SWOT analysis. It is necessary to reduce these factors to developing the enterprise.
