Abstract
The idea of automatic system identification procedure and regulator constants calculation is more than obvious and most of nowadays digital industry regulators and PLC‘s are provided with some kind of the self tuning constants algorithms.
The most widely used methods for calculation of self tuning regulators constants and individual method implementation to the PLC are described in details in theoretical part of the thesis.
Practical part of the thesis deals with design of the control systems which contain self tuning regulators. Control system with PID Self Tuner and with visualization is designed. Creation of author’s own implemented PID regulators as function blocks which can be used with PID Self Tuner is described. Control systems for relay and moment self tuner with visualizations are also designed. These self tuners are REX control system functions blocks. REX control system is supported by ICPDAS WinCon PLC.
