Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of a business plan for a newly established business. The theoretical-methodological part includes an explanation of terms such as enterprise, entrepreneur, business, business plan, and the particular parts and methods that are used for its establishment. The aim of the practical part is to convert these theoretical findings into practice and to create a specific business plan for Blonde Wine Bar. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of results, assessment of risks, and recommendations on how to prevent these risks or to eliminate them fully.
