Abstract
This thesis is focused on the coffee waste pyrolysis and subsequent evaluation of the pyrolysis products. Part of this work is analytical identification of waste coffee sample by determination of moisture, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon, elemental composition and calorific values. Furthermore, pyrolysis was performed in the assembled experimental apparatus, including mass balance of the pyrolysis products, assessment of utilization of solid product as a sorbent and analysis of gaseous and liquid products with the use of gas chromatography.
