Analýza příčin fluktuace zaměstnanců v distribučním podniku

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the causes of turnover in the company. Fluctuation is a problem for every company, if it is uncontrolled turnover. This topic is and will always be a topical and important topic for companies. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the causes of employee turnover in the selected company, to find out the rate of turnover and to present the company with possible solutions to limit excessive turnover. The method of questionnaire survey was used for the solution. The employees of the selected company were presented with a satisfaction questionnaire, where they answered questions such as what kind of relationships they have with their colleagues and their superiors, whether they are satisfied with their current benefits and what new ones they would like to receive. Also included were questions about the environment, the atmosphere in the company, and last but not least, also about satisfaction with the financial evaluation. Through my research, I found that although a positive atmosphere prevails in the company, there is a high absence of proper communication and a lack of feedback. The existing benefits are sufficient for most employees, but they would welcome the extension of more attractive benefits. The main result is the finding that employees are not satisfied with their current financial evaluation and most would leave for this reason as well. Several solutions were proposed to the company to limit the turnover of its employees.
