Požární bezpečnost domova seniorů

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komplexní zhodnocení požární bezpečnosti budov sociální péče a domovů seniorů a na možné vlivy působící problémy spojené s evakuací osob s omezenou schopností pečovat o sebe. Zabývá se vymezením rizik souvisejících s požárem, působením požáru na člověka a řešení stresových situací. S doplněním informací o požární bezpečnosti staveb a vymezením pojmu evakuace při záchraně osob zde ubytovaných. Je provedeno požární posouzení domova seniorů Hranice a nastínění možností, jak technického řešení při likvidaci požáru, tak i řešení efektivní evakuace ohrožených osob s minimálními náklady.

In this work we focus on the complex evaluation of fire safety of social care institutions and homes for the elderly and also on possible problems with evacuation of the persons with reduced ability to care for themselves. We present the definition of the risks related to fire, impacts of fire on the man and the solution of stress situations, the continuous follow-up to building fire safety and the definition of building evacuation of the accommodated people. We do the fire assessment of the rest home in Hranice and outlined possibilities for the technical solution of fire extinction, as well as effective solutions for the evacuation of the endangered persons with a minimum cost.
