Abstract

LIUBOMIR SEMALIT: Family house on a slope, Horní Těrlicko: Bachelor's thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2024, 66 pages, supervisor of the bachelor's thesis: Ing. arch. Igor Krčmář, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare the project documentation for the construction plan of a family house, either for the purposes of announcing the construction or for issuing a building permit. The documentation is prepared in accordance with Annex No. 1k and Annex No. 9 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., which regulates the requirements of construction documentation.

The subject of the thesis is the design of a detached family house on the plot of land parcel No. 3925/6 in the cadastral area of Těrlicko. The project respects the requirements of currently valid legislation, in particular the aforementioned Decree No. 131/2024 Coll.

The family house is located in the village of Horní Těrlicko and designed for a family of four. It is a two-story building without a basement, covered with a hipped roof.

The text part of the bachelor's thesis contains project documentation including an accompanying and technical report. Graphic attachments with drawing documentation of the designed family house are also an integral part.

The thesis is prepared within the specialization Architecture.
