Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a draft evacuation plan for a social services house. In its theoretical part, the introduction summarizes the historical development of social services up to the present day. It generally describes the types and forms of social care services provided, the facilities of social service providers and clearly divides the caring staff. In the next part, the work deals with the history of population protection. It characterizes the dangers and types of extraordinary events and basic measures for the protection of the population. It describes the history of the DSS Slatiňany facility, its development in terms of social services provided, users and employees of the facility. At the end of the theoretical part, the focus is on the reasons that lead to the creation of the evacuation plan, the influences limiting the flow of evacuation and the current evacuation plan of DSS Slatiňany. In the practical part, the work deals with the creation of a draft evacuation plan, which precedes the assessment of the state of the existing evacuation plan of DSS Slatiňany. At the end of the practical part, he highlights possible shortcomings and subsequent recommendations, which aim to improve the quality of the evacuation.
