Aplikace metody Value Stream Mapping v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the application of Value Stream Mapping methos in industial enterprise. The theoretical part is devoted to production planning and management, modern concepts of lean production and VSM method itself. The practical part delas with basic information about the production process, which is necessary for use of the VSM method. VSM is used to identify waste, with the help of this information, found during the monitoring of materiál and information flow, solutions are proposed that are based on knowledge of lean tools, so that they serve to eliminate unwasted stocks and waste. These designs are verified by using VSM and their positive effect on the production of the „AC“ product.
