Abstract
This bachelor elaborate is concernet about analysis and proposal of logistics of inventory management in company STAVMAT STAVEBNINY. The theoretical part is devoted to logistics management, inventory management and related effects, ABC analysis and information system problems in practice. Practical part is devoted to warehouse stocks and their breakdown into ABC analysis, multistage ABC analysis and calculation of premium and optimal inventory. Based on these findings, measures are proposed to improve the current situation.
