Analýza vybraných procesů v logistice výrobního podniku

Abstract

The diploma deals with the logistics processes in a manufacturing company. It includes both a summary of basic theoretical knowledge of using various logistics approaches and application of principles derived from these logistic approaches to specific manufacturing company. The aim of this diploma is the analysis of selected logistics processes of the chosen producer. Based on this analysis, there have been found opportunities to streamline these processes and proposals have been processed for their implementation, leading to savings of business funds.
