Motivační faktory obyvatel v Ústeckém kraji v oblasti životního prostředí

Abstract

This diploma thesis on its 42 pages deals with finding effective motivational factors that cause acceptance of responsibility for the current state of environment of Ústecký region in its inhabitants. In its first part it demonstrates theoretical reasons of human behaviour leading to certain acts that are either beneficial to the environment or causing damage to it. Consequently, the basic hypotheses were set. The practical part analyses results of questionnaire investigation and verifies its conclusions by testing of statistical hypotheses. Subsequently, basic approaches were suggested to motivate inhabitants of Ústecký region towards improved environmental attitudes. The conclusion is dedicated to the overall evaluation of the subject seen from the complex viewpoint, which includes also education, influence of the working environment, the media and family. It also highlights the importance of research in this field.
