Vypracování projektové dokumentace v metodě BIM

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop project documentation for the architectural-construction part of an apartment building using the BIM method at the stage for building construction, i.e. corresponding to LOD 4 documentation. The first part of the thesis focuses on the basic concepts associated with the creation of a digital model of the building and the analysis of the corresponding LOD, i.e. the level of detail of the model and its content. The next part of the work provides an overview of the possibilities of implementing material and object characteristics into a digital model through specific manufacturers and suppliers of materials. The goal is to create not only a digital model of the building, but also 2D documentation in accordance with the standard ČSN 01 3420. The result of the work is documentation for the execution of the building, which meets the requirements of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. about building documentation and a digital object model integrated into a common data environment
