Komparace euroregionů na území České republiky v rámci česko-německé přeshraniční spolupráce

Abstract

Euroregion jsou považovány za regionální formy spolupráce, která se zpravidla uskutečňuje přes hranice evropských zemí. Euroregiony nemají ucelenou definici a fungují na principu dobrovolnosti. Na území ČR v současnosti existuje 13 euroregionů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo představit a charakterizovat 5 euroregionů, které se nacházejí na česko-německém příhraničí. Jedná se o euroregion Nisa, euroregion Labe, euroregion Krušnohoří, euroregion Ergensis, euroregion Šumava. Součástí bakalářské práce je provést komparativní analýzu na těchto zvolených euroregionů a porovnat je v rámci 9 zvolených indikátorech a to konkrétně z dimenze ekonomické 3), sociální (3) a územní (3). Výsledky těchto ukazatelů jsou znázorněny pomocí škálovací metody semaforu a další možnou metodou je bodová metoda. Komparativní analýza proběhla v rámci stanového referenčního období 2004–2016. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že v rámci stanovených ukazatelů je nejlepším euroregion Ergensis, který dosáhl v rámci bodového hodnocení nejvyšší součet bodů.

Euroregions are considered to be regional forms of cooperation, which usually take place across the borders of European countries. Euroregions do not have a comprehensive definition and operate on a voluntary basis. There are currently 13 Euroregions in the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to introduce and characterize the 5 Euroregions, which are located on the Czech-German border. These are the Euroregion Nisa, the Euroregion Elbe, the Euroregion of the Ore Mountains, the Ergensis Euroregion, the Šumava Euroregion. Part of the bachelor thesis is to perform a comparative analysis of these selected Euroregions and to compare them in the 9 chosen indicators, namely from the economic dimension (3) social (3) and territorial (3). The results of these indicators are illustrated by the scalar method of the traffic light and another possible method is the point method. A comparative analysis was carried out within the Trial Reference Period 2004-2016. In conclusion, within the set indicators, the best Euroregion is Euroregion Ergensis which has scored the highest sum of points in the framework of the score.
