Zhodnocení procesu získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaobírá zhodnocením procesu získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce na základě výzkumného šetření je zhodnocení procesu získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Vesuvius Česká Republika, a. s., a to dělnické pozice i pozice technickohospodářského pracovníka, zobrazení současných situací získávání, výběru a adaptace, zjištění existujících nedostatků a doporučení návrhu k zlepšení těchto procesu. Teoretická část definuje a charakterizuje základní pojmy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, získávání zaměstnanců, jejich výběr a adaptace, metody a techniky sběru dat, využité ve výzkumném šetření. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis společnosti, co se týče její historie, současného působení, organizační struktury či produktového portfolia. V rámci této části jsou popsané současné situace získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců na pozici dělnické a technickohospodářského pracovníka. Ukončením praktické části je pak samotné zhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. V závěru diplomové práce jsou definovány návrhy a doporučení, které vedou ke zlepšení a zefektivnění stávajících procesů získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců v dané společnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluation of employees' recruitment, selection and adaptation process in a selected company. The goal of this thesis is, on the basis of a research survey, to evaluate employees', recruitment, selection and adaptation process in Vesuvius Czech Republic, a. s., namely operative worker position and position of technical and economic worker, display of current situations of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees, identification of existing shortcomings and recommendations of the proposal to improve these processes. The theoretical part defines and characterizes basic concepts in the area of human resource management, recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees, methods and techniques of data collection used in research. The practical part focuses on the description of the company in terms of its history, current operations, organizational structure or product portfolio. Within this part the current situation of recruitment, selection, and adaptation of employees in the position of operative worker and technical and economic worker is described. The end of the practical part is devoted to the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. At the end of the diploma thesis proposals and recommendations are defined which lead to improvement to make existing processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in the company more efficient.
