Abstract
Major subject of this Bachelor thesis is satisfaction of customers, in this case it is a student. Satisfaction of customers has huge effect on future existence of every organization and that is a reason for nature interest in this aspect. In this Bachelor thesis was analyzed original questionnaire and was created a newone, which reflects satisfaction with whole quality management specialization for Master's and Bachelor's study. After that, data gathered from new questionnaire was analyzed and evaluated. In conclusion, new ways of improvement was designed.
