Abstract

The main subject of my bachelors thesis is elaboration of building documentation to building control according to public notice number 499/2006 and elaboration roof construction at the level of supply documentation.

Apartment house is situated in a flood area. Apartment house is designed without basemant and house has five floors with nonliving attic. First floor is made from floated reinforced concrete. The others parts of building are made from Porotherm construction system. In the first floor there is an entrance to the house, parking lot and place for basement lockers. In the remaning space are two flats on the floor, which composition of 3 rooms with eating nook and 4 rooms with eating nook. Three rooms flat consist of hall which has individual entry to the two other rooms, WC, bathroom and living room with eating nook and balcony. Four rooms flat consist of hall which has individual entry to the three other rooms, WC, bathroom and living room with eating nook and balcony. In the attic is situated boiler-room and other part si ready to addtional build-up of attic flat.
