Nalezení závislosti velikosti austenického zrna na vstupních parametrech

Abstract

Účelem této diplomové práce je nalezení závislosti velikosti austenitického zrna na vstupních parametrech. Vybrané vstupní parametry jsou zde prvky chemického složení oceli. Tyto vybrané prvky mohou mít zásadní vliv na velikost austenitického zrna. Jsou vybrány prvky tyto prvky N, S, Al, Cu a Ti. Tato diplomová práce obsahuje stručný úvod do problematiky stability zrna u cementačních ocelí a možná východiska řešení stability austenitického zrna. Dále tato práce obsahuje statistické metody používané v této práci v praktické části.

The purpose of this thesis is finding dependence of austenitic grain on input parameters. Selected input parameters are chemical elements of steel composition. These selected chemical elements may have a majof effect on the size of austenitic grain. The chemical elements are N, S, Al, Cu and Ti. This thesis contains a brief introduction into the issue of grain stability of case hardening steels and possibble starting points for finding the stability of austenitic grainf. Furthemore, this thesis contains statistical methods udes in this thesis in the practical part.
