Abstract
In this bachelor thesis deals with leadership and human resources management in terms of company Ferona Slovakia, a.s. Žilina. Thesis is divided into two parts : theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part deals with leadership and human resources management, tools leadership, communication and delegation. Practical part contains present analysis level of leadership and human resources management in company Ferona Slovakia, a.s. Žilina aimed at stimulation, motivation, assessment, remuneration and communication.
