Zapojení policie do činnosti krizového štábu ORP

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zastoupením police ČR v krizovém štábu obce s rozšířenou působností. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o integrovaném záchranném systému a jeho řízení a posléze také s jednou z jeho hlavních složek, kterou představuje Policie ČR. Pro pochopení samotné důležitosti uplatnění policie v krizovém štábu obce s rozšířenou působností, nebyla v této části opomenuta ani obec s rozšířenou působností jako celek, krizové stavy či systém jejich odvrácení. Cíl práce je vyhodnocen v praktické části práce, kde je srovnána důležitost a činnost Policie ČR v pracovní skupině krizového štábu v obcích s rozšířenou působností ze čtyř různých krajů České republiky.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with a representation of the Police of the Czech Republic in crisis staff of the municipality with extended competence. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the reader acquainted rescue systém, its management and also with one of its important components with is the Police of the Czech Republic. In order to understand the importance of police deployment in the crisis department of the municipalities with extended competence, part of this thesis is also dedicated to crisis situations, the system of their prevention and examination of the municipalities with extended competence as a whole. The aim of the thesis will be evaluated in the practical part of the document, where the importance and contribution of the Police of the Czech Republic, as the part of the crisis staff working group in municipalities with extended competence, will be compared across four different regions of the Czech Republic.
