Analýza reklamací vybraných potravinářských výrobků

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of complaints of selected food products, while the goal was to find out the root causes and propose measures leading to improvement. The analysis was performed using two quality tools, namely the Pareto diagram and the Cause and Effect Diagram. Using the Pareto diagram, the most important product defects were selected, on the basis of which cause and effect diagrams were created. After drawing up the diagram, probable root causes were selected, and in order to find a solution to eliminate the root causes, Brainstorming was carried out, where the participants of the Brainstorming discussion defined control measures that can prevent the occurrence of further complaints.
