Územní studie „Dolní Dunajovice, Nová ulice“

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is a proposal for use of location "Nova street" in the village of Dolni Dunajovice. The goal is an urban study, a build-up area with family houses. This study contains a proposal for a trafic and technical infrastructure, solution to a waste management and greenery of the area. Before the thesis the current situation of the area was checked and limiting criteria stated. the thesis contains two variations of the urban proposal while one of them is elaborated in details. The detailed proposal suggests a build-up area of twenty-three family houses of three different kinds. this proposal contains a plan for drive-in roads, pavements for pedestrians and complete budget. the focus of this urban study is to create new locations for family houses of those families.
