Změna firemních procesů za použití metody reengineeringu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku procesního managementu, obzvláště pak Business Process Reengineeringu a jeho aplikaci v podnikové praxi. Diplomová práce obsahuje část teoretickou, praktickou a hodnotící. V první části jsou analyzovány základní pojmy spojené s reengineeringem, jeho výhody, nevýhody a historický vývoj spolu s konkrétními příklady pro jeho uplatnění. V závěru teoretické části je doporučen proces aplikace reengineeringového projektu. Na základě uvedeného procesu je sestavena aplikační část diplomové práce na příkladě malé účetní společnosti. Hodnotící část obsahuje mé doporučení jednak pro jednatele účetní společnosti a jednak pro člověka začínajícího s BPR projekty.

Diploma thesis is focused on process management, particularly Business Process Reengineering and its application in business practice. The thesis contains a theoretical part, practical part and evaluation. In the first part it is analyzed basic concepts associated with reengineering, its advantages, disadvantages and historical evolution together with concrete examples of its application. At the end of the theoretical part is recommended the application process of reengineering project. Based on the mentioned process is assembled application part of the thesis on example of small accounting company. The evaluation section contains my recommendations for managing directors of accounting company and recommendations for anyone who is starting with BPR projects as well.
