The scope of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new low-energy family house and its heating. In the first part, attention is paid to the development of the documentation of the building design. The second part focuses on the building thermal engineering. The third part deals with the actual heating design. This has been chosen as conventional, using radiators. A gas condensing boiler has been chosen as the heat source, and a qeothermal heat pump as an alternative.
