Abstract

The Master’s thesis is focused on determining the level of ergonomics and subjective difficulties of employees in a selected anonymous company, which is focusing on food production. The theoretical, introductory, part of the work is developed on the basis of knowledge from ergonomics and selected diseases from overload. The practical part of the work contains an analysis using an ergonomic audit tool and a questionnaire focused on the subjective difficulties of the company's employees. The aim is to evaluate the current state of the company. Based on the findings, the thesis presents a proposal for the implementation of an ergonomic program and other recommendations, focusing on the entire company, so that the field of ergonomics and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders is part of the company's policy. Finally, the analytical part contains an analysis of a specific job using the ART method, including a recommendations.
