Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with human factor and its impact on data and information security in the organization. First part deals with law regulations tied with information security and most important standards are discussed as well. The next theoretical parts generally treat of information and safety strategy of organization. The next part this thesis analyse the human factor, its manifestation and ways it threatens the data and information security in the organization. Follow the theoretical part with concrete methods of securing data and information. The conclusion features suggestions for minimizing the human factor as a risk element that threatens data and information security in the organization.
