Abstract

This Bachelor thesis with the name ,,Time and financial assessment process works of apartment building“ discusses the documents necessary for the creation, management and monitoring of the construction of the apartment building. These documents include technical report, construction drawings, budget of construction work and the timetable for construction. The proposed object is a four-floor basement House with six apartments and hipped end roof. The work is mainly focused on the issue of the construction of ceilings, for this purpose, was created the technological process for the ceiling and the budget with the timetable shall only apply to this field. All parts are drawn up in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards.
